VCC's New Leadership Structure

This chart reflects the oversight structure within a “discerning together” community. Unlike a traditional organizational chart, it does not represent top-down decision-making and delegation. Instead, as we pursue God’s will together, most ministry activities will emerge from the community with leadership equipping, supporting and stewarding shared discernment throughout the church.

Note: The “Supporting Group” will commit to spiritual support, counsel, and intercession together for the Pastoral Leadership Team. It will not have decision-making responsibility.
